The apartment is located in a small residence consisting of 3 buildings with a total of 18 apartments, with communal pool. Since this resort is situated on a slope, you have a very nice view over the rooftops of Pino and the upper part of Lake Maggiore.

The three-room apartment LMA 569 has two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed. The cozy living room has a satellite TV and a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher.The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a window and a bidet. The focal point of  the apartment is the 20 m2 covered balcony where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the roofs of the village and the lake with the Brissago Islands and the surrounding mountains.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

In the underground car park there is a parking space reserved especially for the holiday apartment.
